描述
UNO Monolith 离子交换层析柱含有专利* 的连续床基质，能在高流速下分离生物分子而不降低分辨率或载量。连续床技术中，新式的单体和离子化合物直接在层析柱中聚合，形成紧密的均质节结网状物。所产生的刚性基质含有互连通道，足以在低背压下提供快速液流。连续床基质能为层析柱提供良好的分辨率、速度、载量和高超的生物分子分离能力。均质无孔连续床基质能高速地把大量蛋白和洗脱液传递给离子官能团。
UNO S 柱用于强阳离子交换。 有如下选择：
UNO 玻璃柱 — 提供高分辨率的生物分子分离。透明玻璃管便于察看柱床和层析故障监测。3 种不同的尺寸配合不同的纯化操作要求
