描述
Precision Plus Protein™ 双向标准品凝胶插块可以在任何凝胶上简便、快速而干净地进行分子量标准品上样。插块可用于双向凝胶，无需参考孔。Precision Plus Protein™ 未染标准品铺制于 1 mm 厚的琼脂糖凝胶插块，便于储存、操作和上样。优化的上样浓度适合 SYPRO Ruby 宝石红、Silver Stain Plus 和 Bio-Safe 考马斯亮蓝染色。
插块具有以下特点和优势：
- 即插即用，方便操作 — 只需将插块拧下并插入凝胶
- 精确的分子量数值，经质谱验证
- 10 个高度纯化的重组蛋白，分子量范围为 10 到 250 kD，3 个高强度参考带（25 kD、50 kD 和 75 kD），方便确定凝胶方向
- 恒定的分子量，条带大小易于记住
- 高 r2 值，>0.995，允许精确的分子量确定
- 每个带中的蛋白浓度已知，从而支持定量功能
- 带链球菌标签的氨基酸序列可在Western 杂交上进行检测和确定分子量
