50 ul affinity purified rabbit IgG (essentially all tibody is specific for the phospho c-jun N-terminal kinase, pT183-pY185). Does not bind to unphosphorylated JNK.

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide containing phosphorylated JNK motiff (pT183-pY185).
Suggested use: 1:1000-1:2000 for Western blotting or 1:250 -1:1000 for immunohistochemistry d immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Short term storage: 2-8 C for up to 1 week.
Long term storage: -20 C or colder for up to 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
