Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. liver section using CTSD Antibody(Cat#JP100376). JP100376 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.
CTSD Antibody(Cat. #JP100376) western blot analysis in MCF-7,U251,HepG2 cell line lysates (35μg/lane).This demonstrates the CTSD antibody detected the CTSD protein (arrow).
