可以穿透细胞膜与细胞核中的双链DNA结合而发挥标记的作用,可以产生比自身强20多倍的荧光,和EB相比,对双链DNA的染色灵敏度要高很多倍。显微镜下可以看到显蓝色荧光的细胞,荧光显微镜观察细胞标记的效率高(几乎为100 %) ,且对活细胞无毒副作用。染色常用于细胞凋亡检测,染色后用荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪检测。

DAPI Jinpan

是一种可以穿透细胞膜的蓝色荧光染料。和双链DNA结合后可以产生比DAPI自身强20多倍的荧光。和EB(ethidium bromide)相比,对双链DNA的染色灵敏度要高很多倍。

染色常用于细胞凋亡检测,染色后用荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪检测。DAPI也常用于普通的细胞核染色以及某些特定情况下的双链DNA染色。

的大激发波长为340nm,大发射波长为488nm;DAPI和双链DNA结合后,大激发波长为364nm,大发射波长为454nm。

本溶液用水配制,加热有助于溶解。

用于细胞核染色时,推荐的DAPI工作浓度为0.5-10μg/ml。

运输与保存方法
常温运输。粉末在室温下稳定,需避光储存。
