    SHELF LIFE 10 years from date of manufacture
    SOURCE Helicobacter pylori from ATCC 43504 is cultured in a solid medium. Washed harvested organisms are solubilised and semipurified by detergent extraction and centrifugation.
    PRESENTATION In a 1% non-ionic detergent solution.
    INACTIVATION Detergent solubilisation. Infectivity confirmed negative by absence of growth under original cell culture conditions.
    TOTAL PROTEIN mg/ml by Bradford (Biorad) assay using bovine serum albumin as standard.
    PRESERVATIVE None
    STORAGE –70C. Sonicate before use. Repeated freeze/thawing of the product should be avoided as this will damage the immunological activity of the antigen.
