UNOsphere SUPrA Affinity Chromatography Resin is based on recombinant protein A and is designed for process-scale antibody purification. The protein A ligand is produced in E. coli without the use of material of animal origin — ideal for the production of monoclonal antibodies.

UNOsphere Resins are based on macroporous polymeric beads designed for robust and scalable process applications. The outstanding flow-pressure performance of UNOsphere SUPrA Resins allows their use in large-scale process applications.

UNOsphere SUPrA Affinity Chromatography Resin comes with full regulatory support backed by Bio-Rad’s global application and development team.
