The Elite Microplate System combines the highest levels of flexibility and safety while meeting the productivity standards of today’s high-volume laboratories. This fully automated system has onboard capacity for up to 900 samples at a time and allows continuous loading of samples, reagents and consumables. Parallel sample pipetting, a plate stacker with up to 40 plates and automation on each step allow true walkaway operation. The Elite System features a flexible sample deck layout and user-friendly software. It allows reactive sample tracking and automatic worklisting, with automatic export of validated results to the laboratory information system (LIS). The system interfaces with QC OnCall, Unity Real-Time and Unity Desktop software programs to provide high-quality run validation with comprehensive audit trails. Link multiple Elite units and multiple EVOLIS analyzers to streamline laboratory workflow.
The Elite System meets the highest safety standards with its unique, triple liquid-level detection (capacitive, barometric and colorimetric) and continuous pressure monitoring of both aspiration and distribution. Pre-programmed with Bio-Rad assay protocols, the system provides positive identification of all loaded items and full traceability from pipetting stage to LIS transfer.
