ProteOn Manager™ 软件可指导用户完成蛋白质相互作用研究,以便轻松完成复杂的试验。 仅通过一个软件界面控制仪器设置、试验设计、数据采集和分析。

仪器控制
仪器控制面板包括维护向导,可指导用户执行每周和每月清洗方案,以保持仪器以最佳性能运行。 此外,仪器控制面板将所有仪器功能记录在可搜索和可导出的数据库中。

实验方案设计
实验方案编辑器为轻松地创建实验方案提供了各种各样的格式。 用户可以根据工作流程设计模板、创建定制实验方案或使用自动实验方案选项。 可使用复制和粘贴命令或使用迭代任务的组功能导入或手动输入样品。 下拉菜单可帮助将样品导航到灵活的位置。 选定样品后,可以选择数据类型和浓度以帮助进行下游分析。 同时可显示图形,非常直观地了解样本液流的方向。

样品管理
以几种方式直观地显示样品布局。 实验方案中不同的样品位置会以不同的颜色来区分。 用户可以使用样品组合中的下拉菜单轻松切换样品位置,同时保留所有样品信息。

数据收集
软件界面可实时地获取 36 个交互作用位点的数据,ProteOn Manager 软件可对原始数据进行收集、处理和分析,每个阶段的数据均可导出。结果曲线能生成为数据或图片,方便用于演示或发表文章。

自动处理
数据处理十分简单,只需单击一个按钮,即可显示不同处理参数下的最终效果,此操作还具有撤销功能。 用户使用 Autoprocess 按钮可以即时地调整基线等参数,当然也支持手动处理方式。

该软件可提供全面的对照选项,包括位点间对照或通道对照、实时进样参考、双重对照等。设置对照的方法也非常简单,只需单击相应按钮即可。

数据分析
通过使用直观的软件向导,数据分析变得非常简单。 利用向导可逐个步骤地进行数据收集,供动力学、平衡和浓度分析之用。数据表中包含了结合、解离和亲和力常量并可轻松导出。 每种分析模式都允许用户定义分析参数、执行计算和查看并打印结果。 数据分析的曲线有7种动力学拟合模型可选:Langmuir 1:1模型、Langmuir基线漂移、Langmuir质量传滞、二价分析物、双分析物竞争、 双配体位点竞争、变构结合, 除此之外,还包括Langmuir解离常数分析模型。

ProteOn Manager 软件安全版
新的合规性功能使用户能够使用符合美国食品和药物管理局 (U.S. FDA) 联邦法规 21 章第 11 款规定的安全功能。 安全版软件的功能包括审计跟踪、电子签名、数据验证、用户登录和权限,以及封闭系统安全性。 可以验证签名,以确保仪器内数据的一致性。
