此系统适用于定性筛查特异性抗核抗体 (ANA)、定量检测 dsDNA 抗体以及半定量检测人类血清和/或 EDTA 或肝素化血浆中十种单独抗体（染色质抗体、核糖体 P 蛋白抗体、SS-A 抗体、SS-B 抗体、Sm 抗体、Sm/RNP 抗体、RNP 抗体、Scl-70 抗体、Jo-1 抗体和着丝点 B 抗体）。ANA 筛查可检测是否存在临床相关循环自身抗体，它可能有助于诊断系统性风湿性疾病，例如全身性红斑狼疮 (SLE)、混合性结蒂组织病 (MCTD)、未分化结缔组织病 (UCTD)、干燥综合征 (SS)、硬皮病（系统性硬皮病）、皮肌炎、多肌炎、风湿性关节炎 (RA)、CREST 综合征和雷诺氏现象。
