Profinia 蛋白纯化系统设计紧凑，方便使用。每一个组件都标注清晰以便快速安装。缓冲液部分便于用户放置溶液 — 仪器上的位置编号与运行图和预包装试剂上的标签相匹配。样品部分可以依次进行两种样品的纯化。这两部分都含有吸管用于样品和缓冲液的吸取。预装柱部分提供了两步纯化的能力，而且使用Luar的接头方便预装柱的连接。废液收集瓶和稀释液瓶分别位于仪器的两侧。组分收集和样品部分的独特设计使标准收集管的安装快速而简便。仪器的中央部分能够提供方便的存储，USB 接口可轻松地将数据导出。
该仪器有一个很大的触摸屏式的用户界面，用户可以选择指尖或手写笔进行界面的切换。直观友好的帮助功能可以引导用户使用预设的纯化方法进行启动和运行后操作。操作方法和缓冲液设置还包括了清洗步骤，能自动维护系统并准备下一次纯化的预装柱，以确保 Profinia 蛋白纯化系统能维持最佳的运行状态。这些功能的组合，使用户能快速启动，然后即可离开，直到 30 分钟再返回直接获取结果。

- 台式或低温操作设计使您能控制纯化条件，可选的制冷附件能使样品和组分在台面上也能保持低温
- 可选的pH计可以实时监测运行状况。
