583 型凝胶干燥仪 35 x 45 cm 的宽大表面能干燥 16 块 mini 胶，9 块 criterion™ 胶，2 块大胶或 1 块测序胶。583 型凝胶干燥仪适用于任何凝胶的干燥（尤其是测序胶），温度控制可调，并有 3 个预编程序，可优化干燥条件，防止凝胶破裂。
583 型凝胶干燥仪采用独特设计，盖子上的加热器元件从顶部加热凝胶，而真空泵通过底部多孔凝胶托
板均匀地分配真空压力，保证凝胶干燥过程中不会发生破裂。相反，用于加热和从底部产生真空的凝胶干燥机会需要更长时间来干燥凝胶，而且凝胶会更容易分裂。透明的密封垫能在干胶过程中观察凝胶状态。
583 型凝胶干燥机可与 HydroTech™ 真空泵组合进行购买。
预设干燥周期
583 型凝胶干燥机具有三个由微处理器控制的加热循环装置，可针对不同类型的凝胶实现最佳干燥效果。 梯度胶需要温和的加热循环以减少热应力并防止开裂。 梯度胶干燥周期以每分钟 1°C 慢慢加热到设定温度。测序胶干燥周期不需要预热干燥机，通过快速加热到 90°C 后慢慢平衡到设定温度，加快干燥速度。 SDS-PAGE 干燥循环类似于普通的凝胶干燥机；干燥仪加热至设定温度后，可在预定时间内保持在该恒定温度下。
瞬时密封
只要抽真空，环绕干燥表面的Quick-Seal 槽可使密封垫片立刻密封，保证每一个干燥周期内良好的密封性。
卓越的温度控制
通过连续监控和调节加热元件表面的温度，微处理器控制可在整个干燥循环中保持准确的温度调整。 可使用数字选择键选择 50 到 90°C 之间的任何温度。
内存
设定的干燥条件会保留在内存中。 按开始按钮恢复之前的设置，以在下次运行中使用。
LED 显示屏
LED 显示温度和时间，指示准确的干燥机温度和循环的剩余时间。
干燥载体
滤纸是用于干燥染色凝胶的极好载体。 测序凝胶滤纸可提供更强的凝胶附着力，以提高玻璃板中易碎测序凝胶的承载量。 玻璃纸膜可为透光密度计或利用高架投影仪进行演示提供透明凝胶。
